| I try to track down, record coordinates and take pictures
of historical markers and their surroundings. When I first began
doing this I looked for any and all markers. Later I became more
selective. In my opinion many historical markers have little
historical significance. So, now I only look for historical markers
I feel have historical
significance. Sometimes when doing these I discover other less
significant markers nearby, in which case I sometimes record them anyway
and, sometimes not, depending on my schedule. I document these markers on: THE HISTORICAL MARKER DATABASE
