How Can I Change the Font Used for Printing to
a Type Other Than the Two in Preferences?

First, change the printer font type at least once in Options | Preferences.  Save a copy of Infomagic.cfg in a temporary place in case the following procedure goes wrong.  Open Infomagic.cfg using Notepad.  Replace the Font Name with the font you want to use.  You must be careful to get the name exactly right or, it won't work.

If you can't get it to work replace the modified Infomagic.cfg with the copy you kept.  If you didn't keep a copy just delete the modified version and InfoMagic will make a new one.
