Apparently there's been a misunderstanding by some about what I
intended when I said "Next Version Free" I intended this to mean one upgrade after a version change
in the first number. For example, Version 1.x.x to 2.x.x.
I'm sorry if I caused the misunderstanding but it
wasn't intended to include continuing updates after the free upgrade.
That is, after you have upgraded from Version 1 to Version 2 you aren't eligible
for later changes to version 2. When Version 2 was released all owners
of Version 1 were sent an announcement and given a one year opportunity to
upgrade. That year ended near the middle of 2003.
Replacement Copies
Please forgive me, but requests for replacement copies have grown to
the point they have become quite time consuming. In order to contain the growing number of
requests, I can't provide this service if you bought a prior
version. Sorry.
I will
continue to provide replacement copies if you bought the current
version. But, if you bought more than a year ago I'm charging a
small fee for this. You can go here
to request a replacement copy.
To get replacement copies of a version you purchased
within the last year, email me using the email address you used when
placing your order -- it's how we verify you're a registered owner.
If you no longer use this email address please include it in the body of your
message. Please, also include your order number and date of purchase.
